Patients with incomplete examinations cannot undergo surgery.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    \n<p><strong>These examinations by a&nbsp;general practitioner or internist must not be older than 14 days. It is possible to undergo the examination directly at our clinic. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>More information button: proklik na&nbsp;procedure preoperative examination (https:\/\/perfectclinic.scrdesign.com\/zakrok\/predoperacni-vysetreni\/)<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Medical barriers to surgery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Surgery can only be performed on healthy patients<\/li>\n<li>Patients must not have a&nbsp;cold, cough, purulent rash, herpes, etc.<\/li>\n<li>After a&nbsp;febrile illness, a&nbsp;2-3 week convalescence is necessary<\/li>\n<li>Four weeks before surgery, the patient must not take any blood-thinning drugs, e.g. containing acetylsalicylic acid (Acylpyrine, Superpyrine, Anopyrine)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>What to take with you to surgery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed and signed surgery documents (you received them during your personal consultation)<\/li>\n<li>Internal pre-operative examination, if you have not undergone it with us<\/li>\n<li>Ultrasound or mammogram result (in case of breast surgery)<\/li>\n<li>Basic toiletries, slippers<\/li>\n<li>Daily medication if you are taking it<\/li>\n<li>ID card or other proof of identity<\/li>\n<li>Financial surcharge for the transaction (we prefer payment by card &#8211; note the daily limit; cash is also possible)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Meals and preparation before the procedure:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Come on an empty stomach &#8211; last meal no later than midnight before surgery.<\/li>\n<li>You can drink still water in the morning until you arrive at the clinic.<\/li>\n<li>Do not drink coffee at least 6 hours before the procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Do not smoke for at least 24 hours before the procedure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Other important information<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>One nail on the left hand (index or middle finger) must be gel-free and unpainted<\/li>\n<li>No false eyelashes for any surgical procedure under general anesthesia or analgosedation<\/li>\n<li>All piercings and jewellery must be removed, otherwise the operation cannot be performed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Preparation according to the type of intervention:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Breast surgery: shaved armpits<\/li>\n<li>Abdominal surgery: Shaved armpits, pubic hair and abdomen<\/li>\n<li>Liposuction: completely shaved areas where the procedure will be performed<\/li>\n<li>Gynaecomastia: Shaved chest and armpits<\/li>\n<li>Nose surgery: nose hairs removed, men also have a&nbsp;clean-shaven face<\/li>\n<li>Creams and deodorants: do not use on the day of surgery on the operated areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n    <div class=\"custom-warning-box\">\r\n        <h2>Notice :<\/h2>\r\n        <p><strong>If you are taking blood thinning medication, suffer from a&nbsp;serious illness, are ill, or do not feel well, please contact us immediately.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    \n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Discharge after surgery:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Release takes place the following day between 8:00-9:00 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>In the case of analgosedation for short procedures, discharge may be on the day of the procedure<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you are accompanied &#8211;
