  • Do not smoke for 24 hours before the procedure
  • 12 h before the operation do not eat, drink alcohol or coffee
  • Do not use body creams and perfumes on the day of the procedure

    • Lasts approximately 30-60 minutes
    • Performed under local or general anaesthesia
    • Small incisions in the breast area for cannula insertion
    • Removal of excess fat tissue
    • Closing the incisions and applying a compression vest

  • Instructions for home care and wearing a compression vest

Recommendations

  • Sleep on your back for 2 weeks
  • Wear the compression vest continuously for 4 weeks
  • Showering is possible after 3 days
  • Return to office work after 3-7 days

  • Scar massage several times a day from week 3
