Slight restriction: 1 day of rest after the procedure

Recommendations

  • Return to normal activities the day after the procedure
  • Wear the compression bandage for at least 7 days (even for sleeping)
  • Sleep on your back with your head in an elevated position
  • Swelling and bruising gradually subside within 2 weeks
  • Avoid physical activity for 1 week
  • The result will stabilize within 1-2 months

Possible complications

The treatment is not suitable for people who:

  • Low elasticity, significantly loose leather
  • Blood clotting disorders
  • Active infection in the neck or face

Possible complications are rare and may include:

  • Swelling, bruising, temporary numbness
  • Asymmetry, minor contour irregularity
  • Infections (rare)
