What is Inner Bra?
The Inner Bra functions like an internal support bra. During the operation, a special absorbable mesh is inserted into the breast which:

• instantly firming the shape and providing support,
• stimulates the formation of new collagen,
• strengthens the tissue up to 3-4 times more than before surgery,
• gradually, over 1.5-2 years, it is naturally absorbed and leaves a stronger own tissue.

This way, the results of breast surgery will maintain a long-lasting effect.

Who is the method suitable for?

Implants can be round, which create a fuller upper breast, or anatomical – drop-shaped, which mimic the natural slope of a woman’s breast. The placement of the implants is adapted to the type of figure and the desired result: they can be inserted under the mammary gland, under the pectoral muscle or in the so-called Dual Plane technique, where they are partly under the muscle and partly under the gland. The incision for implant insertion is most often made in the bust crease – this method is the most accurate, allows faster healing and the scar is usually inconspicuous. The length of the incision is usually between 3 and 5 cm. Other incision options include guidance around the areola or in the armpit, but each of these techniques has specific advantages and limitations that are always assessed individually.
