Breast augmentation

In our clinic, we use only implants with a high degree of global certification for use in terms of quality and safety. Implants can be round, which create a fuller upper breast, or anatomical – droplet-shaped, which mimic the natural slope of a woman’s breast.

The placement of the implants is adapted to the type of body and the desired result: they can be inserted under the breast gland, under the pectoral muscle or using the so-called Dual Plane technique, where they are partly under the muscle and partly under the gland. The incision for implant insertion is most often made in the inframammary fold – this method is the most accurate, allows faster healing and the scar is usually inconspicuous. The length of the incision is usually between 3 and 5 cm. Other incision options include guidance around the areola or in the armpit, but each of these techniques has specific advantages and limitations that are always assessed individually.
