INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCEDURE

What is inverted nipple surgery?

Surgical correction is a safe and quick way to return the nipples to their natural aesthetic shape. Inverted nipples (also known as retracted nipples) is a condition in which the nipple does not protrude above the surface of the breast but is pulled inward. This condition can be congenital or acquired, and may affect one or both breasts. The plastic surgery procedure involves releasing the fibrous bands beneath the nipple that pull it inward. The procedure is minimally invasive, takes only a short time, and usually provides a permanent result.
