Perfect Clinic Internal Regulations

Dear Client,

we will do our best to ensure that you receive the best professional care and together we will do our best for your optimal health and your physical and mental well-being.

Information on the admission procedure and the course of the Perfect Clinic

  1. When you arrive at the Perfect Clinic, please check in at the reception desk and state the reason for your visit.
  2. In case of hospitalization, a nurse will come from the inpatient ward and show you to your room. She will familiarise you with the running and equipment of the ward and the procedure before the surgery.
  3. Put personal belongings in the bedside table, clothes and other belongings in the lockable wardrobe.
  4. You will be visited by an anaesthesiologist who will consult the anaesthetic questionnaire and suggest the optimal method of anaesthesia during the surgery. In your own interest, inform the doctor of any medication brought in and taken.
  5. Your treatment will be led by your attending physician – surgeon with a team of medical staff.
  6. Nursing care is the responsibility of a team of nurses under the expert guidance of the head nurse.
  7. You have the right to know the names of the medical staff treating you.
  8. Visits are scheduled daily 7am – 9pm. Visits outside visiting hours must be authorised by the attending or serving doctor. The head doctor of Perfect Clinic may temporarily prohibit visits for hygienic and epidemiological reasons.
  9. The attending physician will provide information about your health condition only to persons designated by you, in respect of medical confidentiality.
  10.  If agreed before the surgery, the hospital stay can be shared with one adult (usually the next of kin). The payment for the stay is determined by the price list.
  11.  Before you leave Perfect Clinic, the attending physician will issue a discharge report and instruct you on the next course of action.
  12.  Don’t forget to give your discharge report to your GP when you are discharged.
  13.  You are required to pay all charges for the agreed services before the end of your stay.


Please follow the following guidelines binding for all Perfect Clinic clients

  1. There is a strict no smoking policy throughout the Perfect Clinic.
  2. The use of alcoholic beverages and narcotics is prohibited.
    Please take the medication prescribed by your attending physician and brought to you by the nurse at the designated time exactly as directed.
  3. Please observe the nightly quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00.
  4. Save the equipment and inventory of the clinic and maintain order, cleanliness and hygiene throughout your stay.
  5. In the event of an unforeseen situation, always remain calm and follow the instructions of the workplace staff.
  6. Please write your wishes, comments and suggestions in the questionnaire which is placed in your bedside table.

A prerequisite for successful treatment is the establishment of a mutually trusting and cooperative relationship.
